GLOWONIX

To respect our time and provide the best experience for all clients, Glowonix enforces the following cancellation policy: A deposit is required for all first-time clients to secure an appointment. We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of any deposit. In addition, a 20% service fee will be charged for cancellations made within 48 hours or for no-show appointments. No-shows will forfeit any deposit and incur the 20% service fee. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another client. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation if the full treatment time cannot be accommodated. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policies, which allow us to provide exceptional service to all clients.
